Make a Reservation with us
Please review the following policies and use the form to pre-book you stay with us. A representative will get back to you in a timely manner.
Booking & Deposit Policy:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm a booking. The final payment is required 5 days before arrival.
- Must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
- A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Visa, MasterCard, Amex are accepted (paypal)
- Payment by wire transfer available
We do accept PayPal deposit and payment. Our representatives will let you know when and how. Please note that you don't need a PayPal account to make a payment; you can simply make a one time credit card transaction easily.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or reservation changes 48 hours following the reservation, the deposit is entirely refunded on your credit card.
For all cancellations 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be transferable to another date but is non-refundable.
No deposit refunded in the event of:
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival
- Cable, electrical or aqueduct failures and/or mother nature’s doing
- Late arrival or early departure.
Housekeeping:
Housekeeping is done after your departure. A housekeeping service is available upon request for a minimal fee.
BABY EQUIPEMENT:
Available upon request for a minimal charge.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
As the condominiums are privately owned, a security deposit of $100 per person is required upon arrival. The deposit is held and credited 48 hours after your departure.
PETS:
Pets are strictly forbidden. If this rule is not respected, a charge of 200$ will be automatically processed.
ARRIVAL: 4pm onward
DEPARTURE: 12pm
The condominiums must be vacated by noon. Late check-outs will be charged one extra night.
We are please to provide a non-smoking environment.
Out of respect for the privately owned property that you occupied, you are asked to leave the unit in the same state it was upon your arrival. If this rule is not respected, a charge of $100 will be automatically processed.
